Octation’s main goal is to steal the Heaven Emerald from the Museum of Gaudy Theatre dress. The museum is challenging to break into because it is located in the basement of an old millionaire spinster’s mansion. One would think a supervillian could overcome an old lady. But this old lady has surrounded herself with retired superheroes from Metroscape.
When Octation first tried to steal the emerald he believed that same thing. He could just sneak in and take it. But what he did not know was the mansion is not only a museum but also a retirement community for the superheroes who are no longer fighting crime.
